Shipping

• Free shipping on orders $100+ after discounts are applied.

• We highly recommend adding Redo package protection at checkout. Birdie Bean is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility and will direct you to the carrier at fault for resolution if Redo is not selected.

Processing time

• Due to the high volume of orders during BLACK NOVEMBER SALE, orders that contain sale items may take up to 4 weeks to ship.

• Thank you for your patience while our team works through orders.

Purchasing before the sale

• Orders placed before the sale begins (November 3 at 10 AM CST) will not be refunded or adjusted to reflect sale pricing.

Order changes

• Orders cannot be combined.

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.

• After 24 hours, we are no longer able to cancel due to warehouse processing.
