Shipping policy

Order processing is approximately 1-3 business days, although we strive to ship orders within 24 hours if placed during business hours. The order will be prepared and shipped within this time frame and mailed based on your specified shipping selection. Drop days will typically fall under the 1-3 business day shipping timeframe.

SALES: 

Please expect EXTENDED FULFILLMENT/ SHIPPING times during sales. Due to the large volume of orders during sales, fulfillment can be expected to take up to 2 weeks as opposed to the normal 1-3 business days. We appreciate your patience during this time. Shipping cost is based solely on the weight of the entire order. If "priority mail" is the only USPS service that is shown as an option, it is because that is the best option and price for shipping your order.

Once the order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will include an estimated delivery day. 

Shipping selected at checkout is the timeframe from which it leaves the warehouse to get to you and is not guaranteed unless overnight shipping is selected. Processing time and shipping times are different things. Our processing time is the time that it takes for us to fulfill your order and the shipping time is the time that it takes from when it leaves our warehouse to reach you. 

Shipping issues : 

If you're missing items or shipments or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make sure the shipping address is accurate as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows a delivery confirmation.

We offer Route shipping protection as an option for all orders placed through birdiebean.com. Route will insure orders and you can reach out directly to them or to us at support@birdiebean.com with assistance in processing a refund or replacement. Should you choose to opt out of this insurance, we cannot guarantee the coverage of lost or damaged items. 

Once an item leaves our hands it is in the hands of USPS, UPS or DHL. We can only see the tracking that they provide. Please reach out to USPS, DHL or UPS with any inquiries about delays or shipments not arriving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please follow the tracking information to ensure your package is received.
