If something isn’t quite right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

What qualifies for return?

Items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• Tags attached

Returns are processed through our easy return portal for a smooth experience.


Store Credit

We offer store credit only for returns.
Store credit:
• Never expires
• Is issued as soon as your return is approved
• Can be used anytime online

Original shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.

If return coverage was not selected at checkout, a return label fee will be deducted from your credit or charged at the time of return/exchange via the system.


Easy Returns Coverage

When you opt into Redo return coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included — allowing you to return eligible items for FREE store credit or exchange.


Final Sale Items

For sanitary and safety reasons, the following are final sale:

• Blankets with ribbon removed
• Teething items
• Underwear
• Items purchased on sale
• Black Friday / Semi-Annual sale items

Holiday collections may be exchanged based on availability.


Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be canceled, for store credit only, prior to shipment.
In-stock items ordered with pre-orders ship together unless split shipping is requested.


Defects

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’re happy to help with a replacement or store credit.

Normal wear and wash-related damage are not considered defects.


Sales & Promotions

Sale pricing will be honored for purchases made within 3 days prior to a promotion via store credit for the difference.

Please note that fulfillment times may be extended during major sales events.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if not yet processed. After processing begins, cancellations are not guaranteed.
