Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our site, add your favorite items to your cart, and check out securely. It is that easy!
Can I make changes to my order after it is placed?
We process orders quickly so please reach out to us immediately via email or chat if you need to make a change. We will do our best but cannot guarantee modifications once an order is submitted.
Can I cancel my order?
In-stock orders cannot be cancelled within 24 hours once placed if the order has not been processed/shipped. Pre-order items may be cancelled for store credit only prior to shipment.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders with ready-to-ship items are typically fulfilled within 1 to 3 business days. During high volume sale periods fulfillment may take up to 2 weeks.
Once your order ships, delivery timeframes depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $50. This threshold may fluctuate depending on promotions/sales events.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! International shipping rates and timeframes vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Why has my order not shipped yet?
If your order contains a pre-order item everything is held together until the pre-order is ready to ship. If you would like your in-stock items shipped separately please reach out to us and we can arrange a split shipment for a small additional fee.
Pre-Orders
What is a pre-order?
Pre-orders allow you to reserve items before they arrive at our warehouse. Estimated ship dates are noted on each product listing.
When will my pre-order ship?
Estimated turnaround times are listed on each pre-order product page. We do our best to ship on or ahead of schedule and will keep you updated if anything changes.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Pre-orders may be cancelled for store credit only prior to shipment.
What if I ordered in-stock items with a pre-order?
All items in your order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order arrives unless you request a split shipment. A small additional shipping fee applies for split shipments.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Visit our returns portal at birdiebean.com/apps/redo/returns-portal to get started.
Do you cover return shipping?
If you purchased Redo coverage at checkout your return/exchange shipping is covered. Without Redo the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we will assist you.
Rewards
How do I earn Birdie Bucks?
You earn Birdie Bucks on every purchase made on our site. Points are added to your account automatically after your order is placed.
How do I redeem my points?
Log in to your Birdie Bean account and click the Rewards launcher on our site to open the panel. From there select Ways to Redeem to see your available rewards. Once you have enough points simply click Redeem next to your chosen reward to generate your unique discount code. You can click Apply Code to have it automatically applied at checkout, or copy it to use later. Your code will also be saved under Your Rewards in the panel in case you need to find it again.
Can I use my reward points with a sale or discount code?
Reward codes cannot be combined with sale pricing, promotional codes, or any order where a discount has already been applied. Our system allows one discount per order/promotion. We recommend saving your reward points for purchases that do not have codes applied to get the most value out of them.
Do my points expire?
Yes, reward points expire after a period of inactivity. If your points are close to expiring and you are unable to use them please reach out to us and we are happy to return them to your account.
What if my reward code is not working?
Make sure there are no other discount codes or sale prices already applied to your cart. If you are still having trouble please reach out to us via email or chat and we will get it sorted out.
Products
What fabric do you use?
Our signature styles are mostly made from a buttery soft bamboo viscose blend that is breathable, gentle on sensitive skin, and temperature regulating. Fabric content varies by style and is listed on each product page.
How should I wash my Birdie Bean items?
We recommend washing in cool water and laying flat or hanging to dry for best results. Avoid high heat as it can affect the fabric over time. Avoid anything with optical brighteners.
Do you carry matching family styles?
Yes! We love a family moment. Shop our matching styles under the Matching tab on our website.
