Black Friday Sale FAQ
Hi, Birdies! This time of year is so much fun, and this year our Black Friday Sale will be more than 2 weeks long…YES, that’s right! From November 6th until December 1st.
Below, you will find all of our Black Friday details:
WHAT WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE SALE?
Starting on 11/06 from 10 AM CST to 12/1 at 11:59 PM CST, the entire website
(EXCLUDING CARE BEARS, WINTER, TIE-DYE, AND DISCO/PARTY)
will be discounted as part of the Black Friday sale.
The following percentages will apply by time/dates below:
DOORBUSTERS:
HOLIDAY IS 50% OFF FOR 30 MINUTES AND
THEN 40% OFF FOR THE FOLLOWING 30 MINUTES
FIRST HOUR ONLY:
BLACK FRIDAY SECTION 65% OFF
(EXCLUDING HOLIDAY, CARE BEARS, WINTER, TIE-DYE, AND DISCO/PARTY)
SECOND HOUR THROUGH DAY 1 @ 11:59PM
BLACK FRIDAY SECTION discount will be 60% OFF
11/07 - 11/12 @ 11:59PM:
BLACK FRIDAY SECTION discount will be 55% OFF
11/13- 11/19 @ 11:59PM:
BLACK FRIDAY SECTION discount will be 50% OFF
11/20- 11/26 @ 11:59 PM:
BLACK FRIDAY SECTION discount will be 45% OFF
SURPRISE SALE FOR BLACK FRIDAY -CYBER MONDAY

What time does the sale start?
November 6th at 10 AM CST
Where can I locate the sale items?
A collection listed on the site in both the drop down menu under the ‘sale’ tab and the main page titled “Black Friday ‘23”.
The code will automatically apply.
How fast will my order ship?
Thank you for your order! We are so thankful you decided to shop this sale with us! Please be patient as processing times will be extended due to the high volume of incoming orders. With that being said, orders that contain sale items will take up to 3 weeks to ship.
Please note, choosing priority shipping will not change this timeframe.

Can I combine orders?
No. Due to the high volume of orders, we can not accommodate any combined
orders.
Can I pre-load my cart?
No. The discount will not apply to carts that have been preloaded. We also cannot refund the discount back to you once the order has been placed.
Can you price match if I shop the Black Friday section before the sale?
No. We will not be refunding or issuing any credits for orders placed in the sale section before the sale starts. If you decide to shop the section before the additional discount is active, the items are FINAL SALE at that price.
This also applies to the holiday section. Now that the sale has been announced, we cannot offer a price match for these items.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Please cancel your order within 24 hours. Otherwise, after that timeframe, we are no longer able to cancel your order(s) due to the communication time frame with our warehouse as they continue to ship orders.
Why was I refunded?
If, upon pulling and packing your order we notice we are sold out of an item, we will refund you for the item/s and ship your order without them. This is to eliminate added time for the warehouse to process/pack/ship orders. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I use my rewards?
No. Discount codes cannot be stacked or combined. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Can I exchange or return my order?
No. Due to the high volume of orders and constant moving of inventory, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any sale items/orders. Please look over our size charts before purchasing.
