WASH/CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
-machine wash cold with mild detergent (avoid Dreft)
- inside-out, fully zipped, with like colors, and with other bamboo items for best results
-we recommend against the delicate cycle as it causes items to sit in water longer than necessary
-tumble dry low, lay flat, or hang to dry
-do not bleach
-use color catcher sheets to prevent color transfer
-avoid additives and brighteners

Additionally, we provided an alternative option of 50% store credit back to you if you preferred to keep the item. You chose to keep it with the store credit, and we hope that option worked best for you. In the chance you would still like the item completely replaced, we can still issue a return label for your original item, as noted in our response to you.
